When you recommend your organization, a member of our team will contact your company to schedule a short introductory video call or meeting. And, because we are always desiring to foster environments of safety, you will also have the option to "act anonymously” in case you feel we would be a great fit for your organization, but don’t desire to be directly orchestrating.
Complimentary
Leader Session
Once alignment is created we typically recommend arranging for an introductory micro-session with the desired team to serve as a taster to the deeper work we will collaboratively do together. These get to be fun, engaging, alive, and a great way for our leadership facilitator to more deeply understand your organization’s dynamics, personalities, goals, and challenges.

Once the leadership and participant feedback has been received, we are able to come back to the table with a recommended framework whether that be a 3-part training series, more in-depth leadership retreats, or virtual collaborations for cross-cultural and multi-office based teams.
